Do you have a client saying that the server or their website is down?
The first thing you want to do is connect to the server by IP instead of by domain name. Enter your servers IP in your browser. If you see the cPanel login screen, it’s not the server that is down.
If the server is up, but you can not see a website this is usually because of DNS problems.
1. Check the domain nameservers.
2. Check the nameservers IP’s.
3. If the nameservers IP’s are correct check the domain’s DNS Zone in WHM.
1. Choose the domain you want to edit.
2. You want to make sure that the nameservers match what is being used with the domain in the DNS Zone:
3. Make sure the IP’s are correct for the server the domain is hosted on.
4. Save your changes and your DNS zone will update in about 30 minutes.
